As a general rule, orders will be shipped within one week from the date of order completion. Please note that delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within one week of business days (Monday to Friday). In the unlikely event that delivery is delayed or an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you via email.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time varies by product. Please check the product page before placing your order.

Returns

In the case of defective items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

For returns or exchanges excluding defective items, the cash-on-delivery fee and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout, and the final total can be confirmed on the order page.

All shipments are made via Japan Post’s “Yu-Pack” service.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual depending on the destination or shipping conditions.

For international orders, any import duties, consumption taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred upon import will be the responsibility of the customer.
