Delivery

Returns & Exchanges
We kindly ask for your understanding that returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for personal reasons cannot be accepted.
In the rare event of a defective product, returns or exchanges will be accommodated if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

All shipments are made via Japan Post’s “Yu-Pack” service.
